/!\ Announcement: intent to archive the project #18

I'm opening this issue as a way to announce that we're intent on archiving this project. It has been part of the incubator for a long time, and furthermore the reactor maintainers don't have the bandwidth to work on this at all.

The few depending projects detected by Github seem to be workshops and demos. Pinging these projects' owners to be on the safe side: @grzes5003 (game-jpo), @geowarin (reactive-pacman-light), @OlegDokuka (the-state-of-reactive-streams-emmulations), @smaldini (reactor-pylon)

The project will be moved to the reactor-attic and archived on Tuesday April 14th
