Application docs 404 on 1.7.x #467

As a user, while attempting to gain access to the application docs from the CF-server, I get 404 errors.

Ah, I didn't clarify what is breaking. It is the app-links in the table. Here's an example.

Maybe {scs-app-starters-docs-htmlsingle} is in the Core, and CF-server docs don't have that attribute defined in it locally.
