Multiple instances on different host #25

Hi, Am I missing some setting, when I run the same instance of a service on multiple hosts only one of they is registered.

It appears that the key for etcd is derived from the spring.application.name, is there anything else as I would like to have 2 instances on different machines on the same port to register.
