Please find Spring Cloud GCP's new home in https://github.com/googlecloudplatform/spring-cloud-gcp -- it's already on Spring Framework 5.3.

Per Pivotal/VMWare's previous announcement, the cloud providers moved out of the spring-cloud organization starting with Illford release and into our own GitHub organizations. This repository is stopping at Hoxton, which is currently in the special maintenance period -- only severe bugs and vulnerabilities would trigger a new release of this repo.
