Need Help with the following STS? bug #335

What is the problem exactly? I'm sorry but I have no idea.

Can you please describe in detail? I.e. give us something like a description with a few 'steps to reproduce the problem'. Then also explain clearly what you are seeing happening and also explain why this is a 'problem' by contrasting it with what you expected to happen if it was working correctly.

We'd really like to help you, but there just isn't enough information here for us to do anything helpful.

I'm closing this ticket now, but we can re-open it if you add more information.

We have a secure vault – www.netlok.comhttp://www.netlok.com (to get free registration) and the secure vault www.netlokr.comhttp://www.netlokr.com . The system “works” – the problem is with scaling.

The code works (so why open a ticket):

The failure message – is a timeout message. How do we change retry/timing setting(s)?

Thanks for the extra details. I'm still not sure what your problem is. But from what you are describing it doesn't seem like a problem with STS. It sounds more like you are having issues with this 'netlok' service, or possinbly, AWS.

This bug tracker is for reporting bugs in STS (Spring Tool Suite) not problems with 'netlok' or AWS (unless yo think these problems are actually caused by STS).

Unless you think the problem is caused by STS, you should probably contact the 'netlok' service providers to report this problem or get help with it.

If you do think the problem is cause by STS, please explain why you think so (i.e. why the problem is caused by STS rather than just the services you are using simply failing under heavy load).
