URL Cleanup

[spring-operator]

This commit updates URLs to prefer the https protocol. Redirects are not followed to avoid accidentally expanding intentionally shortened URLs (i.e. if using a URL shortener).

http://org.eclipse.ui.intro/runAction?.. is the Eclipse Intro URL... internal to eclipse... it is used to execute an action within eclipse. Martin is working on signing hence it is http URL at the moment.
