STS.exe #424

STS executable launcher was unable to locate it's companion shared library

It is very hard to say what exactly went wrong without further details. Can you provide more information, please? E.g. the version of STS you are trying to run? The OS and JDK versions?

Looks like you are referring to a version of the Spring Tool Suite 3, is that correct? Make sure that you have the right JDK (64bit version) configured to run the IDE. It is just a wild guess, but thought I should mention that here.

Thanks for the quick reply.Your guess is correct.Iam using spring tool suite 3.9.14 .

What about the OS version? And the JDK you use to run it? And how did you install it? Just unzipped the distribution download and go?

Windows 64 bit,JDK 64 bit version,I have downloaded and unzipped it .

Can you share a screenshot of the error message?

I also have same error....i change the location of sts installation ...then what I do resolve this error
