HTTP-Artifact #452

Hi

As far as I can see binding type urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:bindings:HTTP-Artifact is not yet implemented. Is there an easy way to extend AbstractHostbasedSamlProviderProvisioning or add my own implementation . I'm working with Milestone 30.
