i just want to test circuit breakers when one the instance goes down .. steps are explained in README file

yeah kind of scenario same.. but rest service calling another rest service.. if I test your services (service/client and eureka) using load test (jmeter). i'm getting time errors

Rather than submit a PR, I suggest you fork the repo and modify it to create a sample. Then provide the link to that sample in spring-cloud/spring-cloud-netflix#2266
