Is spring-cloud-cli deprecated? - Support is gone in spring-boot-cli 3.0.x+

Is spring-cloud-cli effectively dead? As of spring-boot-cli 3.0, the command no longer supports the 'install' argument nor external libraries.

I kept using the terms spring-cloud-cli and spring-boot-cli interchangeably. I apologize for the numerous edits. It should be set straight this time.

Yes it is not compatible with spring boot 3.0 and has been dropped from the spring cloud release train as of 2022.0
