Fix Add a specific description of ServiceInstance is empty. #1296

Thanks @RealBeBetter. However, to do that you need to make a change in your 3.1.x branch, not main. And then create the PR. from your 3.1.x to Spring Cloud 3.1.x. This is the reason, there are a lot of conflicts visible, and if you take a look at the changed files list, it's 307 files instead of 1. Please redo.
