Update version of the apps metadata plugin used by the sample apps to get around issue of NoClassDefFound for spring-data-jdbc config props
Modify MySQL57Database to use newly introduced ensureSupported API
Replace use of OAuth2ClientPropertiesRegistrationAdapter with newly introduced OAuth2ClientPropertiesMapper
