Install Failed where CheckStyle not pass #2705

My operation

git clone -b v3.1.3 https://github.com/spring-cloud/spring-cloud-gateway.git
cd spring-cloud-gateway
mvn clean install -DskipTests -Dcheckstyle.skip

And got Error for this:
