org/springframework/cloud/spring-cloud-docs/Hoxton.SR8 got published to oss.sonatype.org and it doesn't need to be since the zip file gets installed to https://repo.spring.io/release/org/springframework/cloud/spring-cloud-docs/Hoxton.SR8/
