Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. i am not able to use spring cloud with spring boot 3.3.x (3.3.0)

Describe the solution you'd like CompatibilityVerifierAutoConfiguration needs to be changed.

Describe alternatives you've considered compatibility check can be disabled, may be but appears risky..
