Verify latest SR changes/improvements are included in the ref. guide #16

Let's verify that BS/RC2 version of the SR docs includes the latest upstream changes.

Today, in RC1 docs, I still see the reference for the user's to create a standalone Boot app for the SR server, and that is not necessary anymore since now we ship the uber-jar/binary of it out-of-the-box.
