Remove functions module
Remove functions from build scripts
Change internal functions mentioning in the docs to the dedication Spring Functions Catalog project
Remove all the TensorFlow modules

I'm not good with all those CI/CD scripts, so probably a follow up change required. For example GH workflows etc. Thanks

Forgot to mention. Had to make some adjustments in the stream-applications-security-common to satisfy the latest Spring Boot.

@artembilan The change you made to build-core is sufficient for the CI to function as it should.
