Simplifies the layout of the sample applications table in the README by alpha-ordering each column (source, processor, sink).

[!NOTE] The other requirement of #477 involves removing duplication of the table in the SCDF Microsite. This is handled in another PR that simply adjust the Microsite to link to this README. This same technique was done for the Spring project page that previously also had a copy of the table which now instead has a section as follows: You can find a list of the available applications here.
