Added the required fields on the event creation form page on create-event.html. Followed directions from this tutorial video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IXti8btpaEE&list=PLEsf0fWhK8Xmi20t1VARjefbwAI5abiDQ&index=11. VERY basic html, need to do a lot more on this page.
