Finished first draft #50

I'd like to get more people to review it, so I'm making a pull request, so that it can get into the collection of guides, where, hopefully, folks will pay more attention to it.

@mminella I have moved this PR into an operational yet private repo here => https://github.com/spring-guides/gs-reactive-rest-service. If you would be willing to open new issue(s) with your feedback there, I think it would serve things best.
