Nav attributes #27

Add a nav attributes extension so that we can attach additional data to the nav tree.

This PR also includes a couple of additional commits that could be cherry-picked to main.

It turns out there's an existing Antora issue for this. We think we should put this PR on hold until there's clarity around that. If we can align on the nav item attribute names it will make future upgrade easier.

We're going to go another way and try to create an extension that will allow us to use roles from the nav adoc files.
