The default version in the documentation is still 2.10.2. When trying to run the sample applications, we get Failed to resolve MavenResource error due to the permissions changed for repo.spring.io. From researching it seems it is addressed in 2.10.3 however the documentation leads most people to installing 2.10.2 which results in the error. Default skipper version in documentation should also be changed to 2.9.3.
