`Expanded folded text` should read `Expand folded text` for code block toggle #76

For the toggle icon with code blocks, Expanded folded text should be Expand folded text, similar to how Collapse foldable text uses the command form.

After creating this issue, I discovered I could make the change myself directly from the browser. So I submitted PR #77 and am closing this issue as superseded.
