Update instructions for setting up Checkstyle in IntelliJ to link to required jar files #391

I never could get the IntelliJ Checkstyle plugin to work though. I kept getting "The source file could not be parsed by Checkstyle." when I clicked the "Play" button to check the current file. Anyhow though, this pull request should still be valid.
