Bug: Update Ignored Patterns #979

Describe the bug Updated Ignored Patterns - It doesn't have the ignore the folder. Also add more folder patterns to ignore Update SBM Support POM - Clean up SBM Support POM. Add more recipe and use BOM instead of hardcoded version.
