Support Custom Maven Repository Locations #23

Right now there is only support for Maven Central. We should allow custom locations

Hi @rwinch, thanks for this feature (and the library in general! I don't think it's been released though, not sure if that's intentional...?

This feature hasn't been released yet. I'm planning on a few more features before I release again.
