Looks like we're going to have package manager repos in a different org and as we're using fine grained github token, we can't use same generic token. For example for homebrew formula repo we could then use JRELEASER_HOMEBREW_GITHUB_TOKEN instead of JRELEASER_GITHUB_TOKEN.

We should now have final home for brew that being spring-cli-projects/homebrew-spring-cli..

Repo was originally at spring-projects-experimental/homebrew-spring-cli and were relocated to spring-projects/homebrew-spring-cli and were just re-relocated to spring-cli-projects/homebrew-spring-cli
