- Fix classes provided to logger
- Provide customized build files for all OS. The Matrix build is lept and should work
- Downloading dependencies before parity tests fixes a problem with an empty local Maven repo
- Functional tests are not executed on Windows because Docker is missing
- Some tests are currently ignored on Windows, see #12
