improve Go To Definition to bean definitions in `@ConditionalOnBean` and `@ConditionalOnMissingBean` #1381

Various smaller improvements to implement:

include @ConditionalOnMissingBean in ConditionalOnBeanDefinitionProvider
focus on attributes with name name (do not try to find beans for other attributes, like type)
support bean names defined in arrays
