should use SpringData path from springsettings.cfg as download target #60

Despite springsettings.cfg having this: SpringData = C:\Spiele\springcontent

pr-downloader downloads to there:

pr-downloader 0.7-53-gc223f9d [Info] Using filesystem-writepath: C:\Users\dell\Documents\My Games\Spring [Info] opened C:\Users\dell\Documents\My Games\Spring\rapid\repos.springrts.com\ repos.gz

[Info] Found 2 repos in C:\Users\dell\Documents\My Games\Spring\rapid\repos.spri ngrts.com\repos.gz [Info] opened C:\Users\dell\Documents\My Games\Spring\rapid\packages.springrts.c om\versions.gz [Info] opened C:\Users\dell\Documents\My Games\Spring\rapid\nota.springrts.com\v ersions.gz

atm you can set the writeable dir with --filesystem-writepath, for example:

pr-downloader --filesystem-writepath C:\Spiele\springcontent zk:stable
