Autohosts constantly reconnecting #264

After this restart on Mon Jul 16 2018 at 00:53:38 GMT all FAST and ACE hosts are constantly reconnecting, not sure if others hosts are effected.

timeout happens because of a changed ip of the ACE autohost + to fast reconnecting.

added the new ip to the exception list.

The constant reconnecting bug is back for [KING] hosts.
