re-uploading a file with the same file name causes inconsistency #15

this is a case, that shouldn't happen: afaik the file is only updated on springfiles.com.

could be solved by checking/comparing md5's (table filehash + file_mirror_files)

is partly fixed, now the file is overwritten on all mirrors, but should be archived...
