smaller map thumbnails, added delete form, stylized forms, search query optimization

• added smaller map thumbnails (256*256px max)
• added delete form (game/map only)
• upload/delete web forms modified to fit visually with the main view
• web searches : avoid unnecessary queries when generating result
• web searches : added performance info to first result item
• updated map keywords

I've deployed these changes on the server over the last few days and tested uploading/deleting maps. Seems to be working fine.

The thumbnail is generated in addition to the minimap image on the metadata directory when the map is uploaded. Thumbnails for existing maps were generated using an external script.
