Resetting ROIs

When I select R to reset ROIs, I have to hit enter twice before the selection window pops up. And there's a misleading message "Saved ROIs not found.." After the new boxes have been selected, the console reports "invalid option..." Despite it seemingly working

The same message is used for when you start for the first time without RIO's and when you do a 'R' reset, I will clean this up to be less confusing.
