Mistakes in book (report minor issues here) #9

2nd paragraph of section 6.7, reference 12 appears twice in same bracketed list.

Some things with figures in Chapter 9.

fig 9.4: is it an average of multiple simulations?

fig 9.5 network size

fig 9.5 caption uses , while text uses n to define mu.

just below fig 9.5, where R_0^p given, they are not in the same order as in caption, and there is an additional option not in figure.

Fig 5.7, the brackets around the 'I' term in the bottom left should be removed.

In the proof Theorem 3.6 on page 83, it is stated $z_1 / y_1 \geq z_j / y_j$ for all $j \neq 1$. This is confusing, as it is trivially true for $j=1$.

Really enjoying the book!:)
