Modified Scaling Factor in Clustered Pairwise Model (section 4.2.3) #92

In section 4.2.3 (Clustered pairwise model), the modified scaling factor should be $\frac{n[S]^2 [I][AI]}{([SS][I]+[S][II])[A][SI]}$ instead of $\frac{n[S][I][AI]}{([SS][I]+[S][II])[A][SI]}$.
