Take a look at the updated errata. Does that address it reasonably well now?
It does, thank you!

The current errata, as it renders on github, states that it needs two additional terms: + \gamma_i + \gamma_j . This was concerning, so I went to the raw file. Here, I see the appropriate change: +\gamma_i \<I_iS_j> + \gamma_j \<S_iI_j>
I removed the $$ in this note to show that the rendering of $\<I_iS_j>$ (\<I_iS_j>) and $\<S_iI_j>$ (\<S_iI_j>) becomes apparent. I have tried it on multiple computers and all fail to render anything but the + \gamma_i + \gamma_j.
