Adds the Global Customer Satisfaction Input component

This replaces the Global Ratings Survey component which we decided to rename. Global Ratings Survey will be deprecated in a subsequent PR.

The code committed here is the same as Global Ratings Survey albeit with different naming applied throughout. This component also remains dependent on the same version of Brand Context as Global Ratings Survey, version 29.0.3. Adopting a new version of BC is on hold pending some changes that need to happen in Elements and as such this will be done in a subsequent PR.

At this time I am the only consumer of this component. But soon other teams will start consuming it so it is good to do this rename now.

Why are we renaming the component?

I have worked closely with the Elements team on this renaming. Our reasoning for a rename:

• To better align it with the naming and terminology used for the overall solution it is part of, as documented here: https://customer-satisfaction-survey.public.springernature.app
• To provide a name that does a better job of describing what this component does i.e. user "input" relating to "customer satisfaction" data
