The Nature component Nature Headings should be deprecated and recreated as a component called Nature Section Heading.

Why
Nature Headings was created as a place to store all classnames related to the way in which we style heading elements on Nature pages. A bit like Global Lists - where that is a place to store all the different classnames related to list related elements. However, in reality there is only one classname in Nature Headings; c-slice-heading. Therefore Nature Headings doesn't make sure as a concept and instead we should just create a component as a single ui feature. During chats between Ben C, James A and Amy H we agreed that Sliced Heading also is not a good name. We think c-section-heading would be more appropriate.
