What

Review GitHub and npm links that appear at the top of the component documentation pages in the Elements website.

Why

When we asked for feedback on a recent Sketch prototype of the documentation for the Nature Section heading, a FED asked where those links would take them.

It feels like we need to add a bit more context to them, to help people understand what they link to and why they should follow them. We may also want to consider repositioning them to sit in the technical installation section of the docs, in the new template.
