We currently give guidance on using sentence case, not title case, in 3 places the Elements website.
We need to decide on a sensible home for the guidance and link to it from other places where it's relevant.
Why
User research in Feb 22 showed that users' predictions about where this information lives varies.
This confirms that the guidance in relevant in multiple contexts.
However, from a maintenance point of view, it's simpler and less risky if we decide on a canonical home for the guidance and link to it from other places where it's relevant.
Done when
[ ] Home is decided
[ ] We have a list of relevant places to reference guidance
[ ] Guidance is drafted
[ ] Guidance is reviewed by Gaynor (Content strategist)
[ ] Guidance is published
[ ] Guidance is linked to from relevant places
Anything else
In user research, we saw users look in:
Nature Section heading component
Content > Language and grammar
Typography
These were relevant to the task we set them, so we should take a broader view of the places where we think people will need this information.
