What

We currently have no documented design approach for 404 / 500 internal server error / Maintenance pages.

Why

We want to improve consistency for error pages and establish the right tone of voice.

Done when

[ ] Content has been drafted
[ ] Content is reviewed by elements team + Gaynor
[ ] Create design and any supporting imagery
[ ] Design and imagery is reviewed by another UI / UX designer
[ ] Template is documented in elements
[ ] Template is provided in Sketch library
