Missing periodic task to refresh ElasticSearch index #60

Index is refreshed upon deploy (in deploy.sh) but it doesn't look like there is a periodic task to refresh the index for new entries (there is a cron to publish scheduled pages though)

Added to run weekly on Wednesdays at 12am UTC.
