Please release XML file and TXT support merges #39

We have some teams in our company who are interested in SFTP access to XML and TXT files through Spark. They need it by early next week.

Can you please release the library to maven repository and spark-packages.org ASAP?

@bagopalan - Triggered maven repository release. Once it is available, I will release in spark-packages.org as well
