Added support for Scala 2.12 and updated to Spark 2.4.3

Updated build.sbt

Updated scala version to 2.12
Added crossScalaVersions to build both 2.11 and 2.12
Updated Spark to 2.4.3 for Scala 2.12 support
Updated test libraries for Scala 2.12 and Spark 3 (spark-avro is part of Spark and Scala test updated to 3.0.3)

Updated unit test for Avro to use 2.4.3 spark-avro
