Use SIMPLE_OPTIMIZATIONS compilation level by default in maven plugin #136

What steps will reproduce the problem?
GoogleStandaloneManagerFactory used by maven plugin use ADVANCED_OPTIMIZATIONS 
level by default, it should be changed to SIMPLE_OPTIMIZATIONS because it is 
more reliable
