I created an ant macrodef for use with wro4j runner, see attached example ant 
build.

Thanks for the patch.
The wro4j-runner is less powerfull tool than the wro4j-maven-plugin (due to the 
limitations regarding processors configuration). 
I was wondering if it could be possible to use an approach similar to 
wro4j-maven-plugin. 

I'll create a wiki page on confluence containing your contribution.
