As seen on my side, I am able to access links other than "Back To Top". I suspect that the issue is because the team has used Adobe for viewing while I have used Google Chrome for viewing. I propose NotInScope as this is related to cross compatibility features which is a bug but I don't think the team should be penalized for this.
