As user I want to be able to activate the plugins via the extensions-menu to see them in OpenSCD.

ACs:

[ ] Add the three new plugins "TypeDesigner", "AutoDoc", "IO Center" to the menu (Extensions / Plug-Ins)
[ ] add them in the plugin-page in the OpenSCD repo so that those will be displayed in our Plugin-Store
