Drop target styling #71

What does it do?

Adds an indiction of what's about to happen when dragging a card between columns.

Where should the reviewer start?

app/views/components/item-column/index.js and the associates styles in public/less/components/column.less

Background context?

I also deleted some unused files, and made a module for storing status names and labels since we're using that in a bunch of different places now.
